Gather your friends, family, or coworkers and join us for a private pizza making party!

In this class for 8 adults at Straw Cove Baking Co., you’ll learn just how fun making pizza at home can be. We’ll discuss using sourdough vs. yeast and fresh milled flour vs. conventional flour. We’ll demystify the process and show you the joy of making dough using only your hands. We’ll roll and ball pizza dough and discuss many other techniques that will help upgrade your pizza making skills. 

We'll end the 3 hour class by stretching, topping, and cooking your own pizzas, putting the tips & tricks from the class to good use. Along the way, we'll have snacks, refreshments, and a lot of fun. 

The class will be led by bakery owners and pizza fanatics  Morgan Angelle & Dené Carroll. Morgan has worked in the pizza & bread industry for 13 years and is dedicated to bringing organic wholesome  grains to South Louisiana.

Classes are held on Saturdays from 4pm-7pm. Maximum of 8 people. 18 yrs or older. Dates are available in January, February, & March. Please email info@strawcovebakingco.com to inquire.
